Healing Connections

Healing Connections was born from the belief that we are only as healthy as our relationships. This is the belief that inspires my work and drives my life. It also motivates me to be a life long student because as research advances, love is not such an abstract concept anymore. Each day, we are able to understand love more clearly. This knowledge can help us become better at loving and being loved.

This is not a blog to help you find true love or save your marriage, you need more than a blog post for that. This blog is designed to share knowledge and start compassionate conversations about relationships. All sorts of relationships: family, dating, long-term couples, and friends. All of our relationships are valuable and shape our lives. In this space, we will talk about how to create healing connections with others.

Relationships are such an integral part of our lives. Human beings are social beings and need others to thrive despite what our individualistic society tries to sell us. We often get most hurt in relationships and it is through relationships that we can heal. 

My deepest wish is that Healing Connections provides YOU with research-based information (not based on my personal life experiences) and tangible tools to better your relationship with yourself and others. 

I promise to blog once per month and on some months a little more.  Stay tuned for blogs on long-distance relationships, online dating, friendship breakups, communication, infidelity, and more.
